It was not a senario, a ruse, or a roll play. It was exactly what I said it was, a lie that was smoothed over after the fact. You don't have to believe me, read what VHTV said to me.

The fact is there was wrong doing here. What I said was correct. Dana did lie to the guest about the cams. The apt was taken offline and the girl was properly informed. She was ok with the situation after it was explained to her. I don't know if she received a fine, but likely yes. The next issue is this one about reporting things to VHTV and spoiling the fun. The consensus seems to be that people who report such things are spoilers and only take away from the experience and hurt the tenants and push them to hide their their schemes from cam even more. I know that VHTV doesn't share this view. It is in their interest for these things to be reported to them. For 2 main reasons. 1, they can earn fine money and 2 if something bad is happening, they can take action and show authorities that they have a mechanism to curb such bad behavior. It's enough to give them the cover that they need to protect themselves. Next is the conscience of each viewer. People should have the right to express their views here and report things that they believe are out of line whatever that issue may be without being chastised by other members. Reading the comments here it seems to me that this is an impossible request. The people who want to maintain some degree of decency will continually have their values impugned and provoked. Do what you will! Dear Amy, That was inappropriate behavior from participant. We've issued a warning for them. Guest girl was informed about cameras when we have know about that incident. I had a chance to watch the video. How anyone can be ok with that is simply beyond me. The guest girl clearly asks if the cams and on and Dana says that she doesn't think they are, but she then clearly states that the cams on not transmitting video. That was a bold faced lie! This clearly means that the guest did not review or sign any form of consent form prior to entering the apt. If I were VHTV I would pull the apt off air. I would demand to see the consent forms for every guest who has stepped foot in the apt. Particularly the ones who were nude and performed any sex act on cam. I would delete any videos where there is no consent. Then, I would contact each guest and confirm if they were aware that they were being video streamed and recorded. They have a right per EU privacy practices to be informed of this breech. Then, if any of them were illegally recorded I would beg for their forgiveness and pray that they don't file a complaint with the EU. I'm very disappointed with Dana'a behavior as well as VHTV's nonchalant attitude toward people being deceived into believing that the cams are not functional. I am also very displeased to know that so many of you see no problem with this. This is unacceptable and very disturbing.

Did the guests really leave after what appeared to be them figuring out that the cams actually worked? If so, all I can do is shake my head. Tell me it's not true?

They do get paid for archive and timeline views while they are on the site. After that, nope! The problem with trying to make quality videos for later views is that there are not enough people interested to watch such a video. Yes, people watch the archive, but not as many as they do live. Subs are far more interested to see what is going to happen then what has happened. Also, if a user has access to fast forward, they do. Users skimming the archives and timelines doesn't pay very well.

This apt needs Layne to come visit for a a week or so. It looks more like a doctor's office then a home. 😆

Seems to me an epidemic across the board.
