Since most of them don't have another source of income. At least it appears that way. I think there is plenty of incentive for them to be home. They are all doing as much as they want to do. Think we have to be content with that. VHTV already very clearly said that they will not pay salaries.

Yes, it is a cut throat business that frequently ends with a broken heart and bad feelings I would imagine. Everyone thinks the are a star and then one day they fall from the sky and crash down to the real, real ground. I would love to be able to interview the fallen and ask them one simple question, "Was it worth it?"

No, I'm not a subscriber. I'm not even really a viewer of the free cams. I just don't have the time for it unfortunately. I like watching VHTV via CamCaps. 😊

Only if they are making enough for them to be willing to stay. They have to pay rent on the cams, so they have to be making at least that much i would think.
