Fior's position in RLC is hard to figure out. This evening, Mia seemed to be pointing out several areas of the penthouse that needed repair. Why not tell Bogdan about that? I very much suspect there is water damage to the bathroom floor. The bottom of the bathroom door is rotted. The bath drain makes a very weird sound when the bath is being emptied. I dont know that Radi is a Spanish citizen, she certainly is a legal resident, and is legally allowed to work in Spain and I believe other Schengen counties as well. Many of the titles in her small library of books are Cyrillic, which would suggest some years of schooling in the Ukraine
