It is your job to instruct the tenants how to behave (to refrain from social media, not to show the screens of their phones or computer to the screen, etc.) If you did and they did not listen then it is their fault. Fact is, after price increase there are now two apartments less and this will be for weeks. Timeline is not up, archive is full of circles.
