I didn't even know there was an app. I've never downloaded anything and it works for me. Nor have they ever said I had to download anything in order to download the file, Are you sure we're talking about the same host? Did you try to download the file?

Don't have to download any app. Below the URL and the Embedded Code is a Download Tab. Click that ant enter the 4 Letters or Numbers it presents and the Download will Start.
