Groomy, why do stats matter? VH doesn't cut apts cause of low stats.

Cuts. Otherwise, we would have apartments like Dora or Arthur. There are several models in fact.

- fixed salary. You get a certain amount of money - provided that you fulfill the statistics plan. All spending on equipment, apartment, shopping (light, necessary home appliances, chips like the pool) - go at the expense of the manager. If the statistics plan is not executed. Manager can cut the payment or terminate the contract.

- direct payments. How much earned - so much received. All spending on renting an apartment, any purchases - pay for yourself. If the statistics is low - then the money for rent is not enough. Or it will be like with Eric and Layla - when they get more money in regular work.

Very interisting as usual. So for exemple Gess Maria and grisha are managers of themselfs, but seing the place it's hard to believe it gets profit, how do they survive!?Found it strange.

So, you're saying that the threshold for termination is the ability of the tenant to earn enough to cover the over head costs, mainly the rent? There are other extenuating circumstances involved that keep VH from being sex thugs. They are actually some pretty classy people behind those cams just so y'all know.

I hope Em and Sid get their own apt. I don't think they could do worse than Lisa. They might even surprise us by bringing Sia now and then for threesomes

About Em. She has good potential. Excellent young body. She is not shy. But... Problem in guy. The guy is inactive and disinterested. That level of sex - which he has, it suits him. He does not need more. Em - not first number in relationship. If a guy is enough - she will not insist on more. She can do more. But she needs someone who will lead to world of debauchery. However, these are people, not robots. Choosing between the project and the relationship - I'm sure Em will choose a relationship.

If her boyfriend was Henry for example - she would have had every chance of becoming Top-3 in the project. But her boyfriend sex is comfortable and nothing new to try, he does not want.

Therefore - I do not think that they will survive in the project.

The border of survival is renting apartment, equipment and communal payments.

But small earnings are not interesting to the manager. Especially if the participant generates a lot of problems (quarreling, turning off the apartment, complaining neighbors, etc.). For example, recently the couple (A&K) was off for this reason. They earned little, but enough to survive. But they generated a lot of negativity. Constant quarrels. Neighbors complained to owner of apartment. And besides, they had a potentially stronger substitute. If you earn little - there is always a chance that the manager or project will choose stronger candidates.

@groomy So with all of these new apts, the cost of a subscription can only go up so much, doesn't each new apt only make the profit that much thinner for each apt?

Also, when an apt has a lot of tenants, who can VH distinguish payments to each tenant or is the total divided equally?
