They do mostly everything in the Off Hours when mostly everyone's in bed. That way RLC swindles the Cash of Members to cough up Extra for a Replay Feature that should actually be Free. Of course it should be and should always have been. I can't imagine it would have been that difficult to program in from the start. I have designed archiving architecture myself which in terms of complexity of data make this look like recording the throw of a dice. The main issue is server space. Or by ensuring that the bandwidth is insufficient such that buffering and frozen video occurs when everyone is looking at the same action. More cash for RLC by making them pay to see it in replay. But clearly there are those with so much money that they sub to the replay continuously and are satisfied to watch after the fact based on feedback from this forum.
