So she (like most people) have other things to deal with. I don't assume every time she leaves alone, she is going to spend time with Bob. She may have errands, she may be at Sia's (or other friends we don't know about), she may be with family, she may even be with Bob. The point is she could be doing a lot of different things. As you could see, Em did not come home tonight but it was easy to predict it given the numerous clues.
