But she changed - perhaps for the better to her and future. However, for VH participant, this is a failure. Especially hard now - when such rotation (7 new apt and +9 to all in July) and other changes in the VH, which make life participant more difficult. If about this community. Really discussed 6 months+ apartments there were only Mira&Henry (8452 posts) and Nina&Alan (12757 posts but there are 20-25% posts about Serena - she is no participant now). It’s VHTV, what do you expect! But to be fair, they don’t have to do anything. It’s always possible that a manager could be a hard ass and demand a level of performance, but VHTV doesn’t do that. In the end a tenant can always say no and leave. We have to assume that they are doing this of their own free will. I would advise anyone considering this life to do whatever it takes to be your own manager then your only obligation is to your own bills. VHTV will not kick a tenant out just because of low earnings. No one has to do anything they don’t want to. For that you have to trust VHTV has oversight over the managers.
