Teenagers are boiling sanitary pads and drinking the resulting liquid in latest unhygienic way to get high

This turned into something very different. I remember watching this at the time and it can't be often that everyone has been reduced to uncontrollable laughter like this as Joe Wilkinson performs his unique poem. 3
