I'm sure they do, but that would only be a factor IF they depend heavily on VH money. Some people have jobs so VH money isn't as important like it is to those that don't have jobs, hence why there's no need for them to open up their relationship. Also, money is not always the only factor in making that decision.

That's why i said that new houses should be open some time before going online to be able to check this kind of issues .. Or start to apply some fines for that when they say that the house is ready to go online and it isn't
