I would use very strong tape to glue a piece of wood to that wall. Like Tesa power strips. In that piece of wood I would fix the cams with screws...

Or (and since i believe the cam isn't very heavy) two strong tapes together to cam (that tape with "glue" on both sides)

Yeah I know but the mounting plate of the cam is not even. That's why get a piece of wood which has an even surface for the glue and screw the cam with woodscrews to it. The wood on wooden surface will stay there forever 😁
