She was twice abandoned by her family and treated her badly. At the animal shelter they called her Lady, but she does not respond to that name. We want her to choose a more suitable name. When you give a cat food you call her "lady" (леди) the name of the cat soon gets used to that name. if that cat has bad memories about this name, I suggest you change it. Would нежная (nezhnaya) suit her ?
