I think for exemple six months in an house then after it replacement by other residents would be good,with one or other exception were mayb th house is very popular and their residents and they continue to be active.Once routines are instaled most of the fun of watch an house and is residents is gone.Probrbay that six months would b enought to give profits to both residents and managers.
