Bet tons of tickets were done sinse this house opened and they never did much,Only thing was to put one cam closer to sofa,the rest nothing.It would only benefiate them and make the house more watchable but they just don't cair,hopeful they don't stay a lot of times in livingroom....

I disagree with about everything you said, but that's OK. I do, however,
want to respond to the above statement.

That came directly from A&L and if you believe that, well... We now
know what snakes they truly are. For example, they steal every
tenant's first month's VHTV earnings because it's their most lucrative
month, which means a huge payout for A&L.

That said, they would say and do anything to preserve that protocol
and get rid of old tenants, so they can put more, first month, trial
tenants in place, which means they get to steal their first month's
earnings, as well. Thousands of dollars lining their pockets that
should go directly to the tenants.

And, just for the record, my outrage was expressed as soon as I
became aware of the issues and not always publicly.

1. In what world would it be beneficial to kick out a tenant that was popular and continuously bringing them money?

2. In a site that seemingly has no limits as to the number of apartments they want to have, kicking out old tenants to bring in new ones isn't even necessary.

3. Paisley and Cletus aren't even old tenants. They barely made it 3 months.

1. Because new ones brings them the money for the trial.. that is way more then they will receive on next months in "standard" mode. Like Groomy said.. It's a question of having always new "meat" ready. And here the house didn't even get off the list, was all already prepared 
2. That would mean they would have to invest in new equipment.. so less money on their pockets because the money tenants paid them for the cams "renting" to cams that are paid long time ago is direct profit for them
3. And they went bankruptcy because their actual small share wasn't enough (between VH , manager , sub-manager, cams renting.. the "rest" is for tenants). For sure if the money from the views on the first month went to them the situation could have been different

And again, if they were popular and continuously generating good money, there still wouldn't be any need to kick them out. We've already had confirmation from both P/C and groomy that they weren't making any money. You honestly think if A/L found a hypothetical couple like Anna/Alex, who consistently had the #1 apartment days at a time well into their life span, A/L would kick them out just to bring in a new couple?
