Try flushing the browser cache and then restarting the browser and logging back into RLC - doubt its a server problem as we are in the same part of the world and there's no degradation of service in terms of speed for me - which means servers should be fine (sorry too many years in IT operations!!)

How do you do that? Too many years being clueless about IT!!!

I tried it but still no image.  I'll wait a few hours.
