Dasha, after a strained relationship with Masha (after Sasha left) has departed too. That just leaves (in my view) a dejected and lonely Masha. Are Sasha and Dasha returning? Will Masha take the opportunity to invite female/male guests into her bed? Just looked, and Masha is just looking so bored, lying on bed, not even bating.
