The problem is, for various reasons, that we know nothing will happen with her present. If she's not there, something could happen. When you know nothing will come out of this - and nothing going on elsewhere in the B apartments - all frustration gets vented towards Numi. She belongs in the group of tenants who shouldn't have been put in the B apartments in the first place. Sara should have been transferred to B2 or B4 ages ago, as they are closer to her personality.
