B4 could have been, but it never actually was a place for real parties. What many there called a party was nothing different than what still happens in B2. A bunch of girls dancing half naked in front of the camera to match the fantasy of the viewers. There was never a real party in B4, because the goal for a real party is first and foremost that theparticipats have fun. 

One thing's for sure, these vacation apartments are artificial. Not many people go on vacation for months, let alone in an apartment with lots of unknown people. But why an apartment with only girls should be more realistic than an apartment with girls and Boys is somthing you should explain. From my point of view an apartment with both sexes is more realistic because this is what the real world looks like. 

But you're right about one thing, RLC should pay much more attention to casting. The whole project can only work if the residents really get involved. This should become one of the central points of casting.

As far as I understand, she decided to move from the single bedroom into the double bedroom when her GF Laima arrived. Things have changesd in the meantime and now she probably regrets it.

If this is a general problem, and RLC wants to stay with 7 tenants in the aoartment, it would be easy for them to install a thin wall or a curtain between the two beds, in order to allow a little more privacy.
Certainly this will not work out in the big bedroom upstairs.

In the past, some girls used the living room for some privacy, e.g. eg. for phone or video calls or even for bates.

In my oppinion they should not tell them that they have to shower, bate or have sex (with girls or boys) in front of the cam, because this makes the things even more staged than they are already (due to the situation of the cams). But they can be more selective in casting girls, i.e. looking for open minded girls regarding being naked of behaving sexually open in front of others.
I still like Cherry's bates more than Holly's, because Cherry has no problems to bate open and lets us watch her, but she does not stage the bates explicitely for the cams like Holly does.

But RLC obviously tells them what they are not allowed to do, especially with regards to boys in the apartments. It is very obvious that if boys show up, it's only in one of the 3 GOV apartments and if they behave in a way RLC doesn't like, they are taken out immediately (e.g. the boys who visited Lily, Sandra ond Oksi a couple of times, the BF's of Amalia and Damira when they moved out of B3 and Karla's BF). The GOV appartments follow a concept in contrast (or as a supplement) to the couples and COV apartments and RLC knows by experience that a lot of viewers are complaining when boys are showing-up in these apartments too often. The concept still is OK from my point of view, but RLC needs to spend more attention not on only for the selection of appropriate individual girls but also for a suitable match of girls, especially for B4. 

I fully agree with you, that mixing boys and girls as tenants will not be an alternative and I am sure that RLC will never do it for these apartments.

Yes, there were 2 real parties when Lily and Sandra was in B4, and also one where Oksi fucked a guy.

Of course you could cast guys in the GOVs, but what difference would it make? I'm open to more girls staying with their boyfriends in B4, but casting "single" guys? They would just be another tenant. I think it is alot more organic and exciting if it is just the girls, or girls with a boyfriend, and then having alot of guests, friends and hookups coming and going instead.

The girls would never be as open the whole day (this was obvious already when one BF stayed for a couple of days). But the most important point for RLC in contrast to porn tubes is the voyeurism, i.e. watching people barely dressed or naked in their (in this case temporary) living places. And I am sure that most of RLC's customers enjoy to watch barely dressed or naked girls, not only bating or having sex, but also undressing, showering , tanning at the pool, etc., but not much of their customers would enjoy (or better pay for) boys doing the same.
