In my country women got the universal right to vote in 1913, but the first woman elected into Parliament was in 1911, two years prior (!) to the right to vote. We had our first female minister in 1945, and the first female prime minister in 1981.

I just love to watch Irma so I'm over here on her page to just be a fan. I'm enjoying her tonight with Milena.

Hi, philo! It must be ages since I last saw you. How are you?

In Finland women got the universal right  to vote in 1906, and the first women elected into the parliament 1907.
