Yeah I’m pretty sure everyone knows about meditation, but putting a hijab and something like carpet in front of your knees and a written memo on top of it to be like a holy paper and strangely connecting your hands would easily give the wrong idea.

Some people use candles, some use music, some chant, some use
singing bowls. There are innumerable ways and places to meditate.
