Joe Biden is a return to the past. The same old politics that benefit Washington D.C. establishment carer politicians at the expense of the American middle and lower classes. Americans voted Trump into office because they were tired of career politicians.

I just can't believe that you all are still at it. Each other's throats is what I mean. 

Unless this election is overturned, (which ain't gonna happen) deal with it on both sides. We have a Lame Duck two years ahead of us.

Just a gigantic waste of the American Taxpayers money. The whole damned thing is. It's a recurring nightmare 24/7/365. That is when the Covid hoax isn't at the front and center of the media stage.

If Trump stayed another 4 Years he would have done the exact thing that Vladimir Putin had done in Russia.  Make himself a President forever by changing the Constitution then when he is no longer capable of running things then he passes it on to others in his family and keep the USA under a Trump Dynasty. America had done the right thing by getting rid of him.

Sorry StnCld, the 22nd amendment to the Constitution deals with the term of the President--However, given the make up of Congress---IMO it just would not happen and

he would not get support from 3/4 majority of the States. 

What would it take to repeal the 22nd Amendment?

So, yes, Trump could absolutely push for a repeal of the current limit. Off the back of a strong State of the Union and personal best approval rating, he might even garner enough support. It would require a two-thirds majority proposal in the Senate or the House. States would then have to ratify the amendment with a three-quarters majority.

The odds are against him, though. A Constitutional repeal has only happened once, to repeal the 18th Amendment which established Prohibition.

It’s difficult and unlikely, but not impossible.

Pennsylvania state law specifically states that any ballots received after 8:00pm on election day are not to be counted. What the Pennsylvania Supreme Court did to overturn that law is unconstitutional and that decision should be reversed by the U.S. Supreme Court. The ballots received after 8:00pm are illegal and should not be counted.
