I think in this case is real,she puts her life in danger in roof,balcony(floor is very high),her eating desorder also must be real(no one can eat that much all the time),also some beyavours of her are very routine mode,dont seem forced..seem just things of her.Indeed the situation feels surreal,betetr beyound surreal but i feel its all real this time.
