bluewinner Posted April 1, 2019 Share Posted April 1, 2019 I understand the desire for real voyeurism, but I am not sure anything close to it be possible in a lawful way. when the tenants know they are being watched, their behaviour changes as oppose to how they normally are. they either have to pretend they are unaware of the cameras around them or just acknowledge them and try to put on a show for their viewers. so either way it wont be a genuine voyeur experience. I personally just watch them for entertainment and if I don't like what I see I switch to another apartment. after all, it's their life and their business, to do what they like to do. I also don't like to see them doing cam-shows on VHTV, but it seems like their managers are ok with it, and it provides them with extra income doing what they are doing anyway, so I can understand why they are doing it.
