I don't think that Marsha knew about Nelly's relationship with Martina until she got to the Villa. No back up plan after she sent the guy back home. I think Masha tried to see who else was available after she learned about Martina and Nelly. In a conversation she had with Megan, Megan said "She makes me feel good".
