I hate it when declarations are made about Nelly by people who obviously don't know (or don't care to remember) that Nelly had girlfriends before she married, and after they were married in Russia. Nelly was seducing a big breasted red head when the Russians shut down RLC.

Another point … Martina and Alberto typically are one of the last to go to bed … especially since Sera left.  So she is probably not tired and getting a second wind … causing more aggravation.

I think everything is going back to normal. Alberto is not the best, but Martina will manage with him. Bogdan is on his mission as well

Maybe Nelly is pulling back cuz Martina is too emotionally attached (in love?) and Nelly just likes to have some light fun, no deep emotional attachments, fun to satisfy her bisexual desires. just my speculation..
