First, it was last year within several months after Malia's arrival that the bug started showing up in many areas of many countries of which not long afterwards, movement and travel restrictions started being implemented and put in place in many areas of many countries around the world. That was around Spring of last year if not before. Second, because of the movement and travel restrictions that were in place there in Prague last year, peoples abilities to be able to go anywhere anytime they wanted to were limited by some of the movement restrictions. Even though Leora and Malia did leave and were away from the apartment at times, they were for not as long as they could have been with the movement restrictions in place there. There were times when either would spend nights away from the apartment, but most times they left the apartment either one or the other if not both of them returned within so many hours of being away. Had it not been for the movement restrictions, either of them could have spent alot more time away from the apartment. Third, it is now the last month of Summer there. Soon, the weather will change to where there are not as many comfortable days outside as there are during Summer. Leora and Malia are two women who are still relatively young and probably not even in the prime years of their lives yet. Because they are, they are going to want to spend times away from wherever they may reside doing other things and that's the way it is with most people in their lives during their younger years. Just because they are participants of something such as rlc, does not obligate them to spend most of their times at the apartment or that they have to do anything at the apartment when they are there. But, they do occasionally do things that observers do find interest in. They could be like many of the other uninteresting participants of rlc, both present and past, that seldomly ever do anything that is interesting if at all. It doesn't necessarily mean that you dislike the particular tenant you are commenting on.
