I am aware that Putin has ordered an all out invasion of Ukraine that he referred to as a 'special military operation' and that it started within the last 2 to 3 hours. I am not aware that he ordered that all of the borders of Russia closed while they are doing so, although he possibly could have I suppose, or at least anywhere near Ukraine, nor am I aware that the Czech Republic may have closed any of their borders.

Technically Leora is still a resident of Russia. Putin could always make a call for all Russian's abroad to return home to be drafted. 1
