She knows that she has to check if the plumbing works. We all happy. So a good oil change but as with all mechanical standards, Alberto seems to be undergoing much less frequent oil changes lately so more time between changes, which is not appropriate for Alberto because he has mileage and he's doing a lot of it these days. Martina takes into account that Alberto is running at full throttle and oil changes need to be more frequent! It can goes all night long until Alberto wake up in the morning. At that moment, the 'friend' just say hello and leave. I'm sure they'd love a nicer bigger kitchen but at least they do have a guest room which most of the couples apartments do not have... The camera angles in almost all the apartments suck...
