Serafima is maybe the worst do nothing girl ever (or at least on par with the twins). Her entire private life takes place elsewhere, and for her RLC is obviously just a teasing show job. She comes over for a few hours to hold her private parts in the camera, and thus steal the money from the girls who actually participate in the project. To a true voyuer this has zero value as it is so obviously dishonest and calculating. On top of that, Serafima is a really bitter person.
