The fact she doesn't have friends home could be for various reasons, mainly I would guess because she would have to explain away the cameras which most people would not I imagine be comfortable with. How do you know for sure what they do outside of the apartment? How do you know they don't have a small circle of friends they might meet up with and enjoy similar interests....you don't. Also …Do you really think that Leora lives her life for herself ?
