I think somewhat differently about Shantal's status than most. The consensus among my peers would be that Shantal was fucked twice under the covers, by both Dylan and Wolf. We count finger-fucking as fucking. If for example, someone's girlfriend told them that she had not fucked a guy that he inquired about, and later it was revealed that she was finger fucked by the guy...I think it would be like a difference without a distinction.

Some people just use the same systems that the court uses to describe the facts: they don't ask how some was fucked; finger; tougue; dick etc.; they simply ask "was there penetration".
