Some guy (a stranger) broke into B4 at night and went into several rooms while the girls were up and about in the evening. The police were never called...because that's bad for business. In response, RLC had Svetlana living there for a short time after that. Then Boggs and Nelly set up in the twin bed room. This provided RLC with a seemingly secure environment that protected the residence. The Boggs and Nelly show got old, too restrictive for the viewers and for various reasons, put Nelly in conflict with her husband also they wanted more privacy, RLC took over B7 next door. Shortly after that, they installed guys as "participants" in B7 and opened it... but ...in short, they are there for SECURITY. IMO to keep the cops away should anything more serious happen.
