I am on a trial package and cam 13 is the only one I can see in Bella's room so with it being out I was mightily pissed. I wrote them an e-mail and got a response within 5 minutes as follows " We will fix it today, but not now. And now you can watch cam14. " Well done help team at VV. I made a complaint about cam 13 a couple days ago as it kept blacking for about 10 seconds at a time so I would assume they are fixing it.
