I see how you could think that. And since they are opinions - well they are just that. I am not sure it really matters for the point though. However there are 17 apartments on RLC and many do not have people there all the time and some are out often. And there are not complaints about many of them. Now if you are paying only to see that apartment - then I get your point. I like to look in when they are there and if they aren't then I watch another one. I guess I am not as bothered about it. As for the quiet talking - I don't see how that will ever be solved. Some things just won't be said in front of the world - and maybe shouldn't. Hell that could be exchanging your address and phone number!
