mic351 Posted November 23, 2017 Share Posted November 23, 2017 Well, I'm not quite sure where to put this so I'll place it in this forum. Here in the US it is Thanksgiving Day. This is a day where families gather and we give thanks for the blessings we have. One of the blessings I have had is this forum and the participants in here; another is VH, RLC, Camarads, VV and the participants therein. As many of you as I have disagreed with, please, don't ever doubt that I have enjoyed each and every argument, post, and discussion I have read and taken part in. I have to give a special shout to Jabbath, Amy3, Sparkles, Waldi, Golfer, Harley, and MIke USA, you have really added to my experience at CC and to most others here also. Thank you so much I do count you as my online friends. Even though we often disagree, do not doubt for a moment that I always read and try to respect your intelligence and thoughtfulness in most of your posts.. Thanks for listening and commenting on my rants. Some of them even make me cringe after I go back and read them. To Foamy, The Starider and St. Cld, they could not have asked for better mods, thank you for not banning me by now. I would not have been so patient with me. To VH, RLC, Camarads, and VV; I know it is a business but you should know you have provided a platform that had brought many hours of enjoyment to all of us. I may have not agreed with all of your business practices (an understatement) but I do believe on the whole and for the most part, you do the best you can. While getting stinking rich doing it! To the participants, I cannot imagine how hard it must be to put your lives out there for the world to see. You have signed up for a life with little or no privacy. Yes, we see you pick your noses, scratch your asses, fight, argue and love.. And most of you do it with one hell of a lot of grace and even a bit of humour. I have to give a special thanks to the participants that engage with us in here. Henry & Mira, Violet and Jeff, and others who I might of forgotten. You guys are tops in my books. You have made an enjoyable experience even more so and I for one, thank you for that. To each and everyone of you, thank you for making mine and my wife's online experience so much more fun.. Yesterday we launched live streaming infrastructure in US, and since yesterday, all US viewers are being connected to local, fast data centers. Today we went ahead and pushed Archive Moments and Archive Timeline via new US infrastructure too, so the experience for US is now on absolutely new level. And you know what? We did think about Free users too, so they won't have any lags or low-quality switching in US at all. Right now we need your attention to the quality and speed of streaming. All our US customers, please don't hesitate to report any issues you may have with connection to VHTV, as we are very focused right now on optimization of this infrastructure to fit our needs and needs of our customers. We know we've been not that active lately at CamCaps, but we will get back on a track with it now. During our absence we've been busy preparing these and many other things to be announced soon. 2018 will be a crazy year for all of us, and we're doing the best to squeeze everything out of 2017 by the end of this year.
