I thought that maybe she gave him a handjob, because she got up to wash her hands and he went to the wc. It was under covers so I couldn't be sure. 1

Bogdan went to console her, it didn't look like he was the reason she cried. She seems ok now, she was joking with the guest. Seeing Nelly cry is particularly heartbreaking.
