Is this just an ornament hanging there or is this to signify something? Have not seen this here in the states at all. Anybody have an Idea. It is just something I noticed and it bugs me wondering. I will say that what always bugged me was when they would wear those collars around the neck, I'm sure that signifies something to whom ever sees them, I just don't know what but I have noticed them making damn sure they wore them before.
