We don't know but that was my initial thought but it might be that she's made a bad mistake and choice, telling herself she's been stupid rather than hating herself because Irma with you, there is nothing to hate.

I think it was one twin and Stella. I didn't see Gina, but I wasn't looking downstairs too much.

Edit: and yeah, when she left the bathroom Irma just walked straight between the twins and Stella to her room without saying anything or making eye contact.

So Gina and Stella left. The twin is in her bedroom

My theory is Stella stole Alex "sugar daddy" or just fucked him. 

The night before they left Ale bought Stella a brand new Cell Phone..gave it to her in the kitchen.

Alex has been semi stalking her for awhile.
