If she has the multiple entry visa she could be in Barca those extra days she was gone until her 90 day limit. It is very possible I could be wrong though. She may have a Multiple Entry but it also depends on where she went for those 5 days. If she stayed in the Schengen Zone then it won't matter but if she flew home and came back then she'd have those extra 5 days to work with. Those Visa's are precise 90days.
