Nope but its just like is said: Its on them to improve. Not the fault of others. When they cant do it it will be difficult for them.

But by the looks of it Chloe is packing all her stuff.

So we will have some opportunities:

• Chloe and James are moving to a new place
• They are both out and will leave the project
• They broke up and James willt stay finding a new girl while Chloe move to a new location finding a new guy.
• They broke up and James will stay finding a new girl. Chloe is out.
• They broke up and Chloe is moving to a new place for find another guy. James is out. Appartement will be closed / other people moving in.

Did I forgot sth.  ?

Possibly they broke up, Chloe is moving out and when James stays as boring as ever then he will be thrown out.

chloe is packing to come to my place. oh darn i went & woke up again!!!!

Maybe they should both leave and get Lisa to come stay with her boyfriend, then when she starts to exercise I would get motivated to do the same (probably not cause I'll be too busy perving).

Totally right. For me it's a timeline only appartement at present.

This is one of the few apartments that I check.  Chloe has been back for a while.  Right now they are sharing a take-out meal.

This is the only apartment I like really. This, A&A and the new Misty place, so far.
