I cannot remember the name of the French film I saw many years ago. Really, really hilarious about the police following a "suspect". The police never saw what caused a certain situation and always came to the wrong conclusion. An example: The suspect was standing behind a beautiful girl at the bus stop. Suspect got hit in the balls by a ball that was being kicked by a boy. Police arrive and park about 50 metres from the bus stop. Looking through their binoculars they see the suspect standing behind the girl rubbing his balls. They arrest suspect on suspicion of being a pervert......
