VV fell off because they became stagnant with their site rather than improving. Their management was also really bad and they always used to ignore complaints from customers and had a very poorly run site overall.

Nobody is saying that your scenario isn't likely. What we're saying is you can't be certain that is likely. For all we know they could be running around all over the city visiting various shops. You don't know how long it takes for them to travel. You don't know what types of activities they are doing. Granted that the only abnormal thing about this situation is that Sid is not with Em right now but that does not necessarily mean that Em is doing anything wrong either. If you want to believe that she's off doing something scandalous then nobody can stop you, but don't act as if you know for a fact that she is because you can't prove anything.
