    I think the plumbing needs to be looked at in the bathroom as it takes a very long time for the bath water to empty. Plug was pulled out at 18:06 and even at 18:17 it still ain't fully empty lol

    Well i am sure i would not be happy living there In that state. Hardly any hardware or cupboards in the kitchen, no oven, no worktops all I an say is that you are easily pleased. Terrible condition.

    Groovy is so in the groove and has read the whole situation quite right, compromise is now a dirty word as there is no such happy medium now its either all one way or the other and never the twain shall meet. Bit sad really.
