    I right clicked and inspected the element. It's Flow Player that RLC uses but you have to have Adobe Flash Player installed in order to make it work.I don't know if the flow player is HTML5 or not,it doesn't show that part. I'll try incorporating flow player into the exception list and see if the download tab populates.
