    That's Typical. The Taxpayer got shafted for the Installation of the things. Got shafted throughout the Years with High Electric Bills and in the end they get shafted for the Disposal. In the end the Taxpayer gets shafted and some Rich Crony is laughing counting their Billions of Dollars. Taxpayers are Suckers for putting up with up with this Shit. They should tell all these Green Energy Outfits to stick whatever they are trying to sell up their Fucking Ass. After 20 Years these Wind Turbines never made a bit of difference except kill Millions of Birds, Bats and whatever else has flown through the blades. Just think there are Millions of these things installed all over the World.

    The only large Mass of Water in our area is the Grand River. Don't think that will over flow by very much. The furthest lake from me is Lake Ontario and that's at least 100 Miles or more away. I'll keep a pair of Hip Waders handy just incase.

    It's 3:00 in the Morning. Traffic is always low for this time. Even I usually stay on for a couple of more hours but since my eyes are about getting ready to close I am heading out early. We Old Buzzards need our Beauty Sleep as well.

    When you sign up for such things each site has a Terms & Service Agreement that everyone is supposed to be Read before entering into a such an agreement. Most people don't read such things. They just pay and jump right in then when they don't see anything to their liking then they begin to complain. RLC Bans their Customers for posting Copyrighted Material and that's their prerogative since they own the rights to such images no matter where they get posted. Every Website has their own way of doing things but each has a terms of Service Agreement that is expected to be followed. When you abuse the Terms of Service they have every right to do as they wish to ones that violate that agreement. Always Read the Fine Print, then you may not be so disappointed in the long run.

    I believe Admin has a feature in the Control Panel that shows how reactions are given so if there's any abuse of the downvote it will be noticed. As far as I know of they all move the Rep up by 1 and the down moves it down by one. I'll have to check that out to find out for sure. I have a secondary account I can check it on. A member would know quite fast if their Reputation is declining rapidly and will send a PM notifying the fact of such a happening. Edit: I checked it and each Rep goes Up by 1 and goes down 1 when the Downvote is used.

    Actually none of the Reaction buttons have really been an issue yet. We are keeping an eye on it. If a Member receives too many it will affect the positioning on the leaderboard. If it's just the odd one here and there it wouldn't make that much of a difference in the standings.
