There is an issue Downloading Attachments at the moment. Admin is aware of this issue and is working with the Attachment Center Developer to find a solution to getting this issue resolved. The Video is still in Attachments but it just can't be Downloaded. The only ones that can be Downloaded are the ones that have an Embedded Video Player attached to them.

Once you have upgraded to Premium for 10 Days you'll be able to upload Pictures. I believe you post in the VHTV Topics so you'll be able to upload using attachments as opposed to using a Third Party Hosting Service. Once the 10 Days have expired if you choose to want a Premium Membership just go to the Homepage and click the Tab for Premium Membership which is $20 for 1 Year.

At the moment there are issues with Attachments. Admin is aware of this issue and is working on getting it resolved. If the Video appears as an Embedded Video Player you can right click anywhere on that player and download the Video once the buffering has completed. When the buffering is completed an Image will show in that player. If the Video is a link then the Attachment will not download until the issue is resolved. We are hoping that will be soon.

I just checked it and it seemed to work fine for me using Microsoft Edge Browser. Try a different Browser and see if will work. You should be able to remove the picture I have inserted and replace it with one of your own.
