    Can you imagine trying to stream VHTV using a Dial Up 56k Modem. You'd be in the forever buffer stage. The Image would move for 1/10th of a second then take a minute to buffer to play another 1/10th of a second. DSL is a lot better but speeds can be good one time and not the next. Fibre Optic Cable is the best route but if you llive out in the Boon's Cable may not be an option.

    I know back a couple of years ago it wasn't. Hope85 had a hard time connecting for a bit. I know RLC despises VPN usage and they have most of that blocked but not all of them. I gave up on the VPN thing. If they Ban my IP Address I can change it within 5 Minutes or just Spoof the Mac Address. Either way will change the IP Address.

    They must have changed the way they operate. It never used to be open to areas within a certain square mile radius.

    RLC likely gives the Tenants Free Accounts to the RLC Service so they can check out what others are doing even though just about everyone who lives in Barcelona is blocked from the service. Then they get access to the Wi-Fi to use for their phones and devices they may use. It's just a simple IT Configuration. But if RLC does catch a Tenant on the Forums conversing with the Members then they are made to cancel their Account. If they don't then the Apartment is put UM for a couple of Days for Non Compliance until the Account is Removed.

    Just by a Tenant making an Account RLC knows if any of the Tenant is on the Forum regardless of whether they Post anything or not. Every time they connect though the Apartments Wi-Fi, RLC has a record of the connections and sites they visit.
