When things appear not to work properly the Bowser is usually is the Culprit in most instances. I use Internet Explorer for everything I do on the Internet. It may not be the Popular Browser for many but it still gets the job done. I like it because of the Pop Up Blocker. It stops every Pop Up that gets tossed at it providing the Setting is set to High.

It took about 15 Minutes to get it done. Usually we just Remove the Attachments and the Post. Since the Member is new to Uploading I placed them on a Third Party Host and made a Note in the Picture Topic Explaining the Reason and gave some Links for Hosts to Use in Open Forum RLC Boards.

The Video was Re-Uploaded to Mab.to as the Use of Attachments was Performed in Open Forums which is Not Allowed for Content Pertaining to RLC Apartments.
