    In my experience, the looks of the guy matters very little to the viewers. In fact the looks of the women doesn't matter that much either. Surely more then the guy, but not as much as you might think. What matters here is performance and novelty. The ability to seal the deal and put out and finding new ways and new people to put out with. The real question this, what is the shelf life of a tenant and how best to preserve that for a longer, more profitable stay. I'm waiting for someone to come along and figure this out and truly put all of the other apts to shame. The money is on the table, all someone has to do is ....... take it!

    ....and here I thought the idea of a Voyeur House, was supposed to voyeurism. How foolish of me! VHTV crushed the fly on the wall with a wad of cash, I know. It's all a show. Each tenant has to decide just how much of a show they want their apt to be. I use a scale, 1-10, with a 1 being a tenant living as if the cams did not existn and a 10 being porn. Each place can be gauged on this scale.

    Just for the record, masks are anti-voyeurism. They say this, "I know you can see me, but I don't want you to see me, so I'm going to hide from you!". In a normal voyeur setting, the voyeur would accept that they have been spotted and would proceed to slink away into the darkness like a good pervert, not continue to stck around like a fool. I know, I know, this isn't voyeurism any more and I should just give it up! Oh well, maybe one day! This falls in line with groomy's arguement for acceptance. Accept only perfect guests and you get less guests, accept imperfect guests and get more action, but with less realism.

    Most of the time VHTV is pretty clueless about what is happening with the tenants, particularly the tenants under managers. Rather then trust everything that they write, it's best to just laugh at them when the truth and facts reveal their fuck ups. 🙂

    Hey lighten up I'm not hating on him for the way he looks. He's not my type, but then most of them aren't. I could care less what or who he is or why theae girls are attracted to him.
